11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), which are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
    - The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
    - The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
    - The number of arbitrators shall be one.
    - Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
